The LTH90 is a self-loading Trailer with 90-tonnes loading capacity. It is designed to be coupled to any universal towing tractor. These manually operated vehicles lift and move the cassettes with the hydraulic system and a rear camera. The translifter is lowered and driven underneath the cassette and then raised until the cargo is loaded for further transportation to the marshalling area. Together with cassettes, they create a flexible and reliable system for all terminal "housekeeping" demands. the Liftec LTH translifters are simple and reliable with exceptional transfer efficiency. It's construction is the result of computer aided design and rigorous strength calculations. Liftec translifters driver-friendly manoeuvrability in confined spaces increases RoRo Loading efficiency.
The trailers bogies act as a hydraulically unified reservoir, cancelling out unevenness's in the driving surface to four-part. The LTH90 trailer can climb a 10º ramp with a standard RoRo Cassette.

TTS Liftec cassettes or pallets are loading platforms which are used together with a translifter in a cassette system. Cassettes are specially designed on the cargo and type of handling.
Cassette for Container Terminals The cassettes are detachable steel platforms, which containers can be loaded onto for transportation within the port or ship.
Containers can be double-stacked so that either 2x40ft or 4x20ft containers can be moved on one cassette. This is possible as the cassettes are able to handle 80 tonnes (there are examples of 120-tonne versions in use within the steel industry)
One of the advantages of using cassettes is that they act as a "floating" buffer, since containers can be placed on the cassettes with or without being coupled to a vehicle.
